No-cook fruit purees - Stage 1 baby food

There are many naturally sweet fruits that ripen to a soft texture. These can be all be puréed into first foods. If you feel the flavour is too strong add a little baby rice to make it more creamy.



  • 3 Dried Apricots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear

  1. Pawpaw, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, mangoes and rock melons can all be puréed for first baby foods.
  2. Remove the skin and seeds then purée.
