Perfect for making the most of the abundance of fresh summer fruit. Choose softer fruits that will chop finely and give you the lumpy consistency you require. If you make too much for your baby’s meal put it on your breakfast cereal in the morning!



  • 3 Dried Apricots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear

  1. Peel, stone and finely chop a variety of fresh seasonal fruits.

This is especially good in summer when you can easily find ripe peaches, nectarines, mangoes, strawberries, apricots, kiwifruit etc. It's also great mixed with a spoonful of natural or Greek yoghurt.
