- Ten strips of bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1.5 bags of Pam's Fresh Express baby spinach
- 1 tub of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1 cup of Prenzel Original Vinaigrette
- 1 x 250g Puhoi Cow Feta
Back to ingredients
- Place spinach on platter and drizzle vinaigrette over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon then sprinkle tomatoes and feta.
- Then, it’s ready to eat. Goes well at BBQs, with any of your favourite fish or meat!
