Berry Blast Smoothie

No time for breakfast? Whip up a yummy berry smoothie to get the day started on the go!

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 cup Meadow Fresh Calci-Trim Milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (or mango, yellow kiwi fruit, whatever you like)
  • 1 big tbsp Manuka honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and whizz! 
  2. Chill and drink when ready or drink straight away. 

Tastes yum at any time of day and is a great way to get a boost of energy.
