Can I use the Text Club offer at any New World store?

Some Text Club offers are limited to New World stores in the North Island or the South Island and on occasion where we tell you there may be store specific offers. When you join the Club you register in either the North Island or the South Island, so you will generally only be sent Club offers that can be redeemed in your locality.

Why do I need to supply my Fly Buys card number?

When you join the New World Text Club you will be prompted to send in your Fly Buys card number. This is so that you can get some fantastic Fly Buys offers.

All Fly Buys offers delivered by text are available to Text Club members who supply their Fly Buys card number when joining the Club. You can forward texts on to other customers but they will need to join the Club and supply their Fly Buys card number to collect Fly Buys Points on Text Club offers.

How often will I receive a text?

We’ll send you a text message about once or twice a month, or when there’s a really great deal that we think you’d like to know about.

How do I opt out of being a member?

New World Text Club terms and conditions:

1. The New World Text Club (Text Club) is administered by Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (New World). 
2. By joining the Text Club, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 
3. To join the Text Club, text the word, “join” to 9888 by using any New Zealand mobile phone. There is no joining fee, however, standard network rates apply to the text messages you send, typically 20 cents. You should contact your mobile service provider for details of your specific costs.  
4. As a Text Club member, you’ll receive notification of offers, specials and promotions (Offers) via text message that can be redeemed at New World stores. Some offers will be available at all New World stores and some will be regional (North or South Island stores only) and occasionally store specific. We will send you regional and store specific offers based on the store name you provided when you joined the Text Club.
5. Each New World store reserves the right to limit the quantity of products sold on Text Club offers and trade are not supplied. Text Club offers will only be available while stocks last.
6. Text Club offers will be available for a limited period and New World stores may not honour offers if text messages are delivered or received after or outside the offer period.  
7. To opt out of Text Club, text “stop” to 9888 at any time or call us for free on 0800 466422. You will receive a final confirmation text message and no further messages will be sent to your mobile phone by us.
