Enjoy the festive season with these brightly coloured fruity beverages!  Easy to make and perfect for the whole family, these refreshingly  delicious drinks are guaranteed to quench your thirst.

Pineapple sunrise
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry cordial
  • Ice cubes, crushed
  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • 1½ cups pineapple juice
  • Fresh pineapple wedges, to serve 
Cold brew peach iced tea
  • 3 peaches, sliced, plus extra to garnish
  • 4 strips of orange peel
  • 4 mint sprigs, plus extra to garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pams Maple Syrup or Pams Clover Honey
  • 5 Earl Grey tea bags Ice cubes
Passionfruit lemonade
  • ¼ cup Pams Sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh passionfruit juice (from 3-4 passionfruit)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Lemon slices, to garnish
 

Method

Pineapple sunrise

  1. Pour the cordial into the base of 4 highball glasses, then fill the glasses with the crushed ice.
  2. Pour the orange juice and pineapple juice into a jug, then mix to combine.
  3. Pour the juice mixture into each glass, being careful not to disturb the sunrise. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
Cold brew peach iced tea

  1. Place the peach slices into a 2L jug. Muddle with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
  2. Add the orange peel, mint, maple syrup or honey, tea bags and 1L of water. Stir to combine.
  3. Remove the tea bags and pour the mixture into glasses with ice. Garnish with extra peach slices and mint.
Passionfruit lemonade

  1. Place the sugar and ¼ cup of water into a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from the heat and pour into a jug with the lemon juice and passionfruit juice. Refrigerate until cold.
  3. Serve over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slices.
